In 1991, Brian Holbrook built Holbrook House at 48–50 Sugar Road, Maroochydore. He was a family man, an entrepreneur and a passionate golfer. Business, family, mates and golf were all part of his life.

Golf Today brings those things back together at Holbrook House.

Now.

Today, Jamie and Agi, together with their four children, continue the family’s connection with Holbrook House, once home to Holbrook Homes.

Three family businesses now call the building home: Property Today, Offices Today and Golf Today.

Work upstairs. Play downstairs.

Brian’s grandson, Josh Holbrook, is a PGA Professional and the face of Golf Today.

We open in December 2026 with 50 Foundation Members.

People who love golf, enjoy good company and want a place of their own to play, meet and spend time.

What we’re building

Downstairs is Golf Today: five TrackMan bays, a members’ lounge, and coaching with Josh and his team of golf professionals.

Upstairs is Offices Today: private offices and the Clubhouse, with space to work, meet and connect.

At Golf Today, members book a bay, let themselves in and play.
